“Room was not clean will not stay there again”

“We were happy with the hotel, the amenities and the staff. The location of the hotel in proximity to the boardwalk and other local attraction is excellent. Having the mall with a great food court just steps away next to the hotel is also incredibly useful and convenient. Our only negative, as minor as it is, is the Hotel Restaurant. We decide to try to go there for breakfast one morning and despite the restaurant being rather empty we were told wait there to be seated. She then went about her……

“Our stay overall was functional. Our room had what we needed. It had been cleaned and included newer flooring, but the hallway leading up to the room looked like it needed a good vacuum as garbage was on the floor. Our room windows were very dirty so we kept our curtains closed. The breakfast was ok, but mostly cold. We did appreciate the hot coffee. The location was ideal to walk to the harbour ferry and go to Halifax.”
